Aluminium powder coating
Architectural aluminium, façade elements, signage frames, ladder frames. Same line, adapted pre-treatment.

Sandblasting
Surface preparation on steel and aluminium. Used standalone or as our pre-treatment for heavily corroded parts.

Laser surface cleaning
2 kW pulsed laser strips rust, mill scale and old coatings without abrasive media or chemicals. Used where blasting would damage the part.

Passenger 13″ to truck 22.5″+. Strip, prepare, prime, colour. Used by tyre shops and fleet operators across eastern Slovakia.

2 kW pulsed laser pre-treatment
Strips rust and old coatings without grit or chemicals. Coating adhesion measured up to ~30 % higher than after blasting alone.
Built for large parts
Up to 8 metres long and 1400 kg per part. Gates, conveyor frames, trailer chassis, ladders, masts fit our envelope.
Truck-friendly yard
Articulated trucks drive directly into the yard at floor level. Forklift, pallet jack and manipulator on site for handling palletised goods.
Powder coating and blasting under one roof
Pre-treatment, primer, top coat and oven cure are one chain of custody. No inter-shop transport between blasting and coating.
Standard 2-day lead time
From part receipt to coated, palletised and ready for collection. Larger batches scheduled into a slot.

We are in Košice-Barca, in a yard built for articulated trucks. Our location is close to the Hungarian, Polish and Ukrainian borders, which keeps freight cost reasonable on groupage and partial loads between Central / Eastern Europe.

Deliver parts to Košice
Drop the load at our yard, or arrange pickup with your carrier. Articulated trucks unload at floor level.

Coated, palletised, ready for collection
Standard turnaround 2 working days from receipt. Parts are palletised the way you delivered them, ready for onward transport.
